The rooms here are very spacious and have new furniture, and the service is exceptional, with respectful and helpful staff, located in a great spot.

I stayed for 8 nights and was impressed by this family-friendly hotel. The well-designed and clean room with new furniture was truly enjoyable. The staff were really kind and nice throughout my stay. The distance to the airport was just 16 miles.

The resort had a lot of activities to keep us entertained and occupied throughout our stay. We enjoyed the convenience of having an ice cream station and pancake station within the premises. The bars throughout the resort were a nice touch, making it easy for us to grab a drink whenever we wanted. Additionally, the rooms were clean and the staff was great - friendly and helpful.

On the downside, the buffet had a lot of choices but unfortunately, none of them tasted very good. The beds were also quite small and uncomfortable.

On arrival, we were disappointed to find that there was no food available after 3 pm, except for snacks at the bar or sandwiches at the beach bar, which we were not informed about. This could be inconvenient, especially for families with kids.

There are also plenty of activities to keep you entertained, thanks to the hardworking entertainment team. You can join in on aqua gym sessions, watch the evening entertainment, or participate in the many activities organized by the team.

The cleanliness of the cutlery and cups at the restaurant leaves much to be desired, which can be quite off-putting.

We had a great time at Club Magic Life Penelope Beach. The entertainment team, especially Hakan and Ricardo, were amazing. Hakan's aqua gym was the most entertaining activity I've ever participated in. The beach was beautiful and the free watersports were a bonus. The rooms, although small, were adequate for our short stay. The restaurant staff were friendly and the food was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.
